We are now looking for a TRAINEE for International Exchange Services

Your main tasks as a trainee are preparation of the applications through the Mobility Online portal for international exchange, duties related to the exchange programmes, and assistance with the organization of various events for international students.

We offer you an introduction to the university administration and services. You will learn how the student and staff mobility services are organized, and you will help us to develop our service environment. You will be part of a trainee team and we will support the trainees with guidance.

We expect you to have an interest in working with international students and student services. The trainee must have fluent English skills, no knowledge of Finnish is required. Other language skills will be considered an asset.

The duration of a traineeship is 1 September to 31 December 2021 (four months) of part-time (50%) work, leaving time for studies as well. The salary of a trainee is €700 per month for a part-time (50%) trainee.
