University of Helsinki offers a Trainee Programme for our international master students. You are eligible to apply if you are an international student enrolled in a University of Helsinki master programme.

We are now looking for a TRAINEE for Education and student services on Viikki Campus.

Your main task as a trainee is to assist in starting a new international master’s program. Your tasks also include for example writing web pages, planning tutoring events and helping to create a survey to collect information on our current international students.

We offer you an insight into the student services, as well as university administration as a whole. Furthermore, we offer a friendly community of dedicated planning officers and student advisors who are willing to share from their experience.

We expect you to have an interest in working with international students and student services. You need to have fluent oral and written communication skills, the ability to take initiative and to work independently. We hope that you have the capability of producing both visual and written content.

The duration of a traineeship is 1 September to 31 December 2021 (four months) of part-time (50%) work, leaving time for studies as well. The salary of a trainee is €700 per month for a part-time (50%) trainee.
