The sales company has approximately 100 employees, with offices in Vantaa, Lohja, Nokia, Kajaani and Tornio.

Are you an experienced Sales or Service Manager who enjoys delivering customers the solutions to drive their operations’ productivity, profitability and safety? We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager for Parts and Services, to be based in Nokia, Finland. Join our team and play a key role in supporting our construction and mining customers to reach the best uptimes with their Sandvik drills, loaders and trucks.

Your mission

You will be responsible for the crucial aftermarket business in Finland and the Baltics. Leading the multisite service organization and creating new business opportunities are essential in this job. By working directly with our customers, you ensure that the aftermarket sales and customer agreements are carried out to their full potential.

Your background and character

We are looking for a qualified people manager with a B.Sc. in either economics or a relevant technical field of study, and/or versatile expertise gained through work experience. Your previous experience of the industry is considered an advantage. You have a strategic vision to grow the parts and services business profitably. By working actively to find the best ways to support our customers’ operations, you know how to ensure customer satisfaction. You possess good leadership, interaction and cooperation skills. You have excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, while knowledge of other languages, including Swedish, is an asset. You must be ready to travel, mainly in Finland and the Baltic states.
