 We are now seeking future and current professionals for public sector projects: Project Managers and Process Designers who are interested in playing an important part in strengthening our capabilities within this field. Project managers oversee and lead the projects. Process Designers prepare more detailed descriptions within the projects. There is also a possibility to work as a Project Expert who is a specialist in project testing. 

 Competencies for working in public sector are similar to any work – except for the passion to improve our society to work better for all of us! However, there are some features in assignments, which are especially characteristic for the public sector. Changes in customer requirements create a need for identical transformation and solutions within different public-sector organizations and knowledge of public sourcing, tendering and legislation knowledge.

 Our projects are large digitalization projects and they usually require longer commitment. To succeed in our ambitious team, you should recognize yourself from the following descriptions.  

• You are curious about emergent capabilities and – when opportunity comes – look forward to applying them in your work.   
• You have good leadership and management skills and a passion to grow in these areas. 
• You possibly know and have practical experience over methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe and DevOps. 
• Your communication skills are excellent in Finnish and English. 
• You have a university level degree.  
• Your proven track record is totaling at least 2 years.  
• Your previous experience in the public sector is seen as an asset.
