We are looking for a Senior Customer Support Specialist at ABB Oy, Motors and Generators division in Vaasa. In this position you will be part of the customer support team and support Sales Units and customers during order-delivery process. You will have a great chance to develop your technical and commercial expertise as a motor specialist. We offer a dynamic working environment with a leading motor manufacturer, and the opportunity to team up with our different functions. This role reports to Order Support Manager.

Your responsibilities

Answering customer requests from ABB’s sales companies and providing customer service during production. The service will be provided mainly in English, Swedish, and Finnish. Requests consist of order changes, documentation issues and commercial questions. Co-operation with the project managers and other internal functions will also be part of your job. Documentation management and development in customer support.

Your background

B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in engineering. We appreciate experience from similar duties. Familiarity with SAP and Windows software (especially Excel). Fluent written and spoken skills in Finnish as well as good skills in English are required. Other language skills (especially Swedish, German) and work experience in customer interface are considered as a benefit. A good team player with "can do" attitude. A successful candidate is thorough and organized with excellent communication and social skills. You are good at solving problems and managing large entities. The ability to make decisions independently is essential. Technical knowledge in LV motor technology is an advantage.
