For our team in Finland we are now looking for:

 

Customer Service Specialist with Finnish and English

 

Location: Tampere, or Espoo

 

Unit: Customer Service team provides world class end-to-end customer experience and high quality and effective service delivery.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Support international external and internal Customers via ticketing system and phone
  • Identify, evaluate, prioritize and contribute to solving issues and requests reported by our Customers
  • Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders/teams in order to swiftly fulfill Customer needs
  • Back-office duties (customer invoicing, reporting, etc.)

 

Requirements:

 

  • Communication English skills (B2)
  • Communication Finnish skills (min B1/B2)
  • Customer service skills and/or previous experience
  • Basic office IT skills and willingness to improve
  • Team player
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management  tools – as a plus
