We're excited to announce that we're looking for an energetic and committed Administrative Coordinator to join our skilled Field Service Operations team in Vaasa, Finland. The role is offered as a 12-month fixed term contract, with potential for extension based on operational needs. Our team embraces a hybrid work model, so you’ll have the flexibility to work both remotely and at our STH office.
Your responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating travel-related documentation and permits.
- Managing IG invoicing tasks.
- Providing administrative support to Service Coordinators.
- Acting as the team’s point of contact for the implementation of new business-related applications.
- Collaborating with the FS Process Development team to enhance existing business applications.
- Supporting continuous improvement by developing and streamlining processes related to travel documentation administration.
The following will enable you to succeed in this role:
- BSc or MSc in Business Administration or similar, or qualifications gained through experience.
- Proven experience in administrative roles with similar responsibilities.
- Proficiency in SAP, CRM systems, and M-Files.
- Service mindset and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Self-driven and proactive approach to work, identifying needs and taking initiative.
- Improvement-oriented mindset, with experience in process development.
- Systematic and structured way of working, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt flexibly to changing priorities.
- Collaborative team player approach with a friendly and supportive attitude.
- Fluent English language skills are required, proficiency in Finnish or Swedish is advantageous.
