We, the B2B marketing team, are opening a totally new position in our team and are now looking for a UX designer for web.

We are looking for an experienced UX designer to join the F-Secure internal B2B marketing agency to help us generate demand for our cyber security products and services. As our UX designer, you will be part of the team responsible for taking our B2B web presence to the next level. Your primary responsibility in this role is to help us meet our business targets by designing and building user-friendly digital journeys for our website.

You have a strong vision of what a great website user experience looks like and fundamental knowledge of optimizing digital user journeys. You will be working closely with our dedicated Business Units, content creators, designers and performance marketing team. You will share your insights and recommendations with the business people and make website architectural decisions. You will be involved in the implementations of your designs together with our front-end developers and mentor others about design, technical choices, and best practices. You will report to the Head of Marketing Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a user-friendly and goal-driven web presence in tight collaboration with our other marketing teams.

• Website UX design for the B2B web premises.

• Discuss requirements and website business targets with internal customers and merge business requirements and customer needs into clean website architecture.

• AEM component development based on business requirements and best practices.

• Increase web user understanding by developing qualitative and quantitative user research methods.

• Collect and analyze data to build user understanding and optimize conversions and user experience.

• Test and evaluate website UX and provide performance improvement ideas on the B2B website.

What are we looking for?

• Strong experience in website UX design.

• Experience in web page creation and management to understand what is feasible to design.

• Good understanding of web analytics.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to focus on the work at hand.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team in a multi-cultural environment.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (company language is English).

In addition, we hope that you are a proactive visioner, with great communication skills and a strong hands-on approach.
