We are looking for a Service Agreement Manager / Coordinator at ABB Oy, Energy Industries division in Vaasa, Tampere or Helsinki. In this role, you will build strong customer relationships on technical, maintenance and operational levels. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities and creating strategies for expanding ABB’s value to the customer. You will work close with sales, engineering managers and global product managers. This role reports to LPG Manager, Energy Industries Service.

Your responsibilities

Overseeing the service contract and ensuring that all contract obligations are met. Being responsible for renewal of service contracts at their assigned accounts by creating and driving value with the customer (e.g. how to improve performance, maximize uptime or reduce maintenance costs using ABB services). Identifying opportunities and creating strategies for expanding ABB’s value to the customer, including leads for System sales. Being responsible for measuring, reporting and presenting the value of the services delivered to key customer stake holders. Helping customers to create budgets via Life Cycle knowledge together with sales. Working in unison with and in support of the Account Managers (sales) to timely provide offers responding to customer needs or utilize life cycle assessments to suggest updates, upgrades or expansions. Leading small deliveries which are executed via agreements. Working as a liaison between the customer and various ABB departments in delivery of support.

Your background

Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field. Ability to work within a remote virtual team. Prior sales experience with industrial segment customers and local market understanding. High level of customer service skills. Initiative and problem solving attitude and high sense of ownership. Good negotiation and communication skills. Fluency in Finnish and good in English, Swedish is an advantage. Familiarity with cost planning and budgeting is an advantage.
