We are now looking for Agile Coach to join our R&D!
You will be personally coaching 2-4 development teams' work for our top-notch products in an environment that promotes constant self-improving. Additionally you will lead the overall agile process development and cross-team learning by mentoring facilitators of teams you are not personally coaching. We have been using Scrum and Kanban for development more than 15 years and have mature ways to utilize agile development methodologies, but the learning never stops and we are eager for some fresh insights.
Here are some practicalities that would definitely help you in succeeding in this role:
- Some experience in being a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach. Certification is a plus. Hands on experience with SAFe would bring extra points
- You know what it takes to run the ceremonies efficiently
- Experience in multicultural and remote team work
- Enthusiasm to develop and improve team work and teams' spirit
- You're familiar with technologies like Java, Docker, and database servers - you're not supposed to be part of every day development work, but you can if you want to :)
- You are fluent at least in English. Finnish or Polish is a plus
