We offer you a unique opportunity to join Elisa's team of humble talent hunters for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (fixed-term, parental leave substitute) role.
Elisa’s Talent Acquisition Team members work closely together with business units and hiring managers consulting them throughout the recruitment process. Our daily tasks vary from deciding on recruitment methods and consulting hiring manager on talent related issues to screening and informing candidates. As a team we are also in charge of Elisa's employer brand, redeployment and onboarding. At Elisa, we recruit some 800 people every year, including Designers, Directors, Coders, Sales People and everything in between. Our goal is to ensure business agility while keeping both candidates and hiring managers as happy as possible. As a team we are in a constant move towards excellence by using agile-like methods and are happy to invite someone sharing our love to learn.
The exact contents of your task will depend on your own interests, but your main focus will be in recruitments and tactical recruitment marketing into technical and general business positions, i.e. getting the best come-as-you-are Tech and Business Experts to join us.
To succeed in the role, we hope you..
- Have minimum two years previous experience of working as a professional Recruiter either inhouse or as an external consultant with proven success
- Regard yourself as a great project coordinator, naturally take ownership over your work and are happy with hitting the ground running when needed to help the business to reach its targets
- Demonstrate both good business and talent market understanding
- Are happiest interacting and working with all kinds of peeps
- Communicate fluently in both Finnish and English (these are the languages of our candidate target groups)
- Want to develop and challenge yourself in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Like to carry out your tasks thoroughly and thoughtfully, and have an analytical mindset
- Are not afraid of taking an independent and consultative role or being the voice of reason when needed
- Hold a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
