Why you should apply

We are looking for an Agile coach to join the rapidly growing and scaling GuitarTuna product team. You will be working with our legendary GuitarTuna product helping our team to deliver value for our users. The aim is not just selling the agile to the organisation but making sure it actually works. You'll have a unique opportunity to profoundly impact the lives of hundreds of millions of future musicians worldwide and re-imagine the way music education works.

What you'll do

You will coach and guide the team to choose effective working methods and help them improve their ways of working. You will coach on working methodology and processes and plan and facilitate the improvement work. You’ll coach the team on meeting facilitation and help in team metrics. You will help the team see their effectiveness and barriers for improvement and help the team find metrics applicable for them. You will facilitate and help in arranging larger meetings and act as a master of ceremony. 

Who you are

• You have the experience of implementing agile methods at least in 2-3 different organizations and you have the experience of various methods including scrum and kanban during transformation as well as optimization phase.
• You are an experienced practical agile coach, who can help teams to adopt suitable methods and tools for their need in a given state and problem. 
• You have a strong grasp of servant-leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
• You possess excellent communication, coaching and mentoring skills, empathy, and respect.
• You have a passion for researching, organizing, and optimizing tools and processes.
• We expect familiarity with the technical processes involved in software development.
