We are currently looking for Agile Project Managers and Coaches to write new customer success stories and paths. Therefore, as Agile professional, you get the chance to take responsibility for the success of customer value creation. You will lead a project or an agile team by coaching the team with agile principles and practices. As an Agile professional you can identify the continuous learning and improving tools to boost the agile processes and principles supporting culture and mindset. You can run successfully agile project and share best practices with the customer and identify the topics where Sofigate professionals can help customer success.

What we expect from you?

As our future Project Manager and Agile Coach, you can develop, implement and coach business processes to meet identified business needs. It is essential to be able to understand the requirement and offer value adding solution to maximize customer benefit. You are familiar with one or some agile frameworks and principles and have experience in working with Agile teams, DevOps or Agile projects. You understand the importance of communication (you are fluent in both Finnish and English, and Swedish is a plus). Interest and passion to constant learning is a must as a lean and agile professional and this is what we expect from you the most, the attitude to support your way to be our next Agile Excellence professional.
