Indirect Purchasing (IP) is organised part of Supply Management in Wärtsilä. Procurement Center function develops Wärtsilä IP tools and way of working globally regarding source-to-pay processes. Process Specialist is a global role and he/she is part of Procurement Center team in Wärtsilä IP organisation.
 
This position is filled temporarily for two years.

Location:

The location is in Finland, preferably Helsinki but Turku or Vaasa also possible.

Responsibilities:
The Process Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and developing the Coupa platform and its Coupa Procurement module. He/she has a lead role in coordinating the tool functionalities, setups and operations with the key stakeholders and key users. He/she will also be responsible to analyse the opportunities to improve the Coupa user adoption by leading the end-user surveys as well as Content Product . As Process Specialist, Indirect Purchasing the person will instruct, train and support Indirect Purchasing organisation employees and suppliers globally to the procurement tool concept. He/she will work directly with different suppliers to create the punchout connection between Coupa and supplier cxml websites. 
In addition he/she will work closely with our external suppliers to ensure that work requests and enhancement requests are completed with quality and according to expectation. He/she will also participate in developing the source-to-pay process and tool together with the team.

Desired skills:
• Excellent knowledge of Coupa software
• Strong knowledge of eProcurement 
• Experience with Software as a Service is a plus
• Proactive and structured way-of-working and good communication as well as team-working skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outgoing and strong presentation skills
• Fluent in English
