I am Miika Viinikainen, and I am leading Change Management Office Team 2 in Control Center. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team. Right now, we are looking for a Change Manager in Change Management Team in Jyväskylä.

In Change Management Office we are ensuring the quality of planned changes, safe service window and information for customers and business. The most important target of change management process is to minimize the impact for the customers.

Your next challenge?

This is a great opportunity to combine your technical knowledge and superior customer service skills. Your working role will be a Change Manager. Your tasks will include securing the quality of planned change request, analyzing the impact, coordinating, scheduling, informing, and authorizing planned change according to change management process guidelines. You will have a close cooperation with specialist working in different technology domains.

Who are you?

Do you have an analytical mindset? Do you have superior communication skills? Are you ready to ensure quality in CM process and provide a world-class customer service? Are you ready to investigate complex issues independently? If you answered ‘yes’ to any of the above, you may be the one we are looking for.

As a Change Manager, you will communicate fluently in Finnish and English. Swedish skills are great advantage. You might be close to graduate or just graduated. Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor’s or Master’s studies or similar work experience in Information Technology gives you a great base to the exiting journey! Most important is that you are curious and want to learn!
