Microsoft ERP-CRM Architect - Manager will be part of an international team that will enable the delivery Microsoft based projects for important Products companies in Europe. The projects are usually complex transformations involving the adoptions of existing Accenture offerings complemented with custom solutions for the creation of a unique proposition based on Microsoft ecosystem.

The resource will have to be the reference point for designing and implementing effective systems to help our Clients track their customer engagement, sales, service, marketing and retention. The role implies a strong understanding of the solutioning opportunities that the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and in general the Microsoft Ecosystem offers to create distinctive capabilities. It also requires a clear view on how the portfolio of offerings available can be combined to accelerate the delivery. The resource will be working with other solution architects within the Accenture Microsoft Business Group as well as the broader Accenture to build the end to end solution. This implies strong attitude of guiding the overall effort towards a common design that he will be defining. The resource needs to have good understanding on how processes across systems will interact to ensure that each component fit together. This requires an aptitude for architecting/designing end to end solutions, defining multi team delivery approach and effort, consolidating contribution from each solution architect, articulate the end to end solution internally and externally.


Key responsibilities may include:
 

  • Closely work with the Accenture Account teams on individual opportunities to define the best strategy and price to win.

  • Working with various offering and industry leads to shape and implement together complex solutions to deliver value for the client.

  • Direct efforts to defining technical, operational, and user requirements, as well as plan, analyse, build, design and implement the entire CRM lifecycle

  • Working with Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 for Operations implementations in a development lead role, as well as technical and functional experience

  • and business networks, and joining professional organizations

  • As an ERP-CRM architect, you will work with implementation teams from concept to delivery, providing IT architecture expertise for successfully deploying large scale digital solutions in the enterprise, using modern digital technologies on premise and cloud

  • Lead cloud solution and scoping to generate estimates and approaches for proposals and SOWs for Clients

  • Lead detail technical assessments of current state to establish global ERP architecture by integrating solutions across functional lines

  • Define how we measure business and operations success and validate ERP system performance

  • Support clients on ERP standards and prepare them for using their ERP solution by setting training programs and redefining new roles and responsibilities

  • Compare solution alternatives across both technical and business parameters which support the definition of cost and service requirements

  • Grow your network through educational opportunities, building and maintaining your personal

  • Apply methodology, reusable assets, and previous work experience to deliver consistently high-quality work

  • Deliver written or oral status reports regularly

  • Stay educated on new and emerging technologies/patterns/methodologies and market offerings that may be of interest to our Clients

  • Adapt to existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems

  • Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals

  • Use considerable judgment to define solutions and seeks guidance on complex problems

  • Prepare and deliver product messaging to highlight value proposition and unique differentiators

  • Support pre-sales activities and assessments efforts at a Client or within Accenture

  • Co-lead or support answers to RFPs issued by Clients
