Telia Sourcing is responsible for managing strategic supplier relationships and interaction with Telia Company’s suppliers. As a Senior Sourcing Manager at Telia you will:

• Act as business partner for key stakeholders
• Conduct demand planning and coordination of IT Sourcing needs
• Co-create and implement Category Strategies
• You will be part of and work together with a multinational team of talented colleagues in the Nordics and Baltics.

This position is located in Solna and reports to Head of IT Software and Services strategic Sourcing.

Your characteristics:

• Team player and networking skills, collaboration is the core of everything we do
• Solution driven mindset and comfortable in an ever-changing environment, where others see problems you see opportunity
• Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt to different situations and discussions, eg. executive, external negotiations, technical, etc.
• Analytical skills and a structured approach
• Curious on new technology with good market understanding of IT Software and Services and knowledge of licensing models.

Your experience:

• You have solid experience from either IT sales or sourcing, partner or supplier management, preferably in an international environment
• Master’s degree Engineering, Business/Economics or equivalent
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience on IT Software and/or Services, Business Support and/or Operations Support Systems, Project Management and Supplier Relationship Management is highly meriting.
