We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our global business control team in Outsourcing business. Our purpose is to provide financial, business and analytics guidance and support for all cluster countries in the matrix organization.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a person who would like to work in a business control team as a senior business analyst, and who could also lead BI development by looking at the big picture of the BI development pipeline, and be our lead PowerBI developer. This is a key role in supporting our business leaders to make good quality business decisions. 

This role reports to Cluster’s Finance & Business Control Director. You will be working in close cooperation with your team, Cluster and country management and PowerBI key users and business control teams in the countries.


What will you be doing

You will be responsible for:

• development and maintenance of the global PowerBI model and related applications
• training and supporting country BI key users and end-users from technical and business point of view
• supporting global and country management in business and financial related analysis and planning
• coordinating and prioritizing development backlog with stakeholders, coordinating the data engineer team's technical integration and SQL database development work from BI end-product point of view

With these strengths you are one step ahead

• You are experienced in designing and developing business intelligence applications, preferably with PowerBI (from data modeling and DAX to visualizations)
• You have mid to senior level experience of working as a Business analyst position or similar consultancy role, preferably in a global matrix organization
• You get your drive and motivation from developing data driven business decision making by providing analysis & tools
• Basic level SQL is a plus as you may want to query our global database to understand data and tables in more details

As a person you are proactive team player but can take full ownership of individual work. You are able to prioritize your tasks and manage your time efficiently. You are a problem-solver who understands big picture but is not afraid to dig into details. A good sense of humor is definitely an asset.
 
You have a relevant academic degree, and good capabilities to influence and make difference also in international matrix environment with various stakeholders. You are able to work fluently in both spoken and written English, mastering one or more of our local country languages is a plus.
