Our Consumer Security unit is looking for an ambitious Agile Quality Coach to work with all of our R&D fellows. These are the people who develop our flagship products like TOTAL, SAFE, FREEDOME and SENSE, and that wouldn’t be possible without having the best professionals, ranging from software developers to quality engineers to content leads. You, as an Agile Quality Coach, will be working with all our R&D teams across multiple countries and locations. Your day to day job will include working directly with a variety of stakeholders, both within the unit and in all the R&D teams, making excellent communication skills a must. Your main responsibility will be to coach the whole organisation on improvements to the end-to-end process of software development, including release culture, system design, code architecture & design quality.

You will be driving and developing the culture of built-in quality through strategic initiatives and hands-on work both. If you're a passionate self-starter and enthusiastic about quality, this role is made for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish the parameters within which testing and validation activities should be run
• Promote system thinking and lean mindset
• Set and maintain quality standards (we call them unbreakables)
• Help teams to build foundation to release on demand
• Host community of practises for the quality oriented Fellows – to share good practises widely
• Promote tools and processes to visualise the quality status of the release and team maturity on quality matters
