The team is responsible for facilitating RELEX’s group-level strategy process, supporting the implementation and follow-up of strategic initiatives and coordinating the group’s corporate development activities (incl. mergers and acquisitions). Our work is versatile by nature, and we work closely with several different stakeholders from inside and outside of the RELEX organization.</p> <p>Your role is to support the planning, implementation and follow-up of RELEX group-level strategic development initiatives and RELEX’s corporate development activities. Your duties include market research on e.g. key trends and competitive landscape, supporting strategic development initiatives and supporting in assessing and executing M&amp;A opportunities. You will report to the Head of Strategy and Corporate Development but work closely and directly with also other internal and external stakeholders.</p> <p>This is an ideal role for an entrepreneurial-minded individual who wants to be part of building a unique success story and to play a key role in supporting our high-paced international growth. RELEX, in turn, does its very best to take good care of its people.</p> <p>This position is located in Helsinki, Finland, with flexible opportunities for remote work.</p> <p><strong>What you will be working on:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct market research and provide recommendations to support our strategic initiatives and corporate development activities</li> <li>Analyze competitive landscape, collect, maintain, and share relevant insights on competition and prospective M&amp;A targets or partners</li> <li>Conduct analyses on the group’s performance and assess potential growth and improvement opportunities</li> <li>Actively participate in developing the tools and processes of RELEX’s Strategy and Corporate Development function</li> <li>Provide other analysis support for the work of RELEX’s Leadership and Board of Directors</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you will bring to the table:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Relevant Master's or Bachelor's degree <ul> <li>E.g.
