Hi!

We’re looking for an HR Business partner to our People Operations (called Pops) - team in either our Helsinki or Tampere office location. As an HR Business partner, you will be mainly working with operational HR projects and get to support team leads and employees in all kinds of different matters during the employment life cycle. Could it be you (who we’re looking for 🎵)?

We hope that you already have some experience from a similar role, an even bigger plus if it is from the IT industry and you’re familiar with the IT - industry Collective Agreement. To best support our team leads, we also hope that Finnish employment law is no stranger to you, and you light up with the thought of numbers, reporting and analytics. Our team already has some recruitment & onboarding experts, so this won’t be your main task, but of course you are welcome to help with it! :)

• If you want to dive a little bit deeper into what you would be doing in Eficode, see the list below:
• Daily employee life-cycle related questions for example about earned vacations and different types of parental leaves. Expect quite a lot of variety!
• Monthly Pops KPIs that we report for the Eficode board and for the management team
• Time tracking system ownership (project lead -role)
• Employee wellbeing: helping in global and local campaigns, being the contact person for occupational healthcare etc.
• Helping team leads in all levels of the organization to succeed in their role: analysing pulse survey answers, sparring when needed and providing hands on help with work contracts
• Support in Finnish salaries (substituting during holidays)
   
  

We hope that you are:

• Not a total newbie to the world of HR, 3-5 years of experience in HR would be optimal
• Capable to put ideas into practice
• Fluent in Finnish & English 
• Able to work from our Helsinki or Tampere office 2-3 days a week
