Oracle Communications solutions span the communications industry landscape - from cross-channel customer experience and business and operational support systems, to network service, session delivery and control solutions - enabling service providers and enterprises to deliver and monetize innovative digital lifestyle services, build strong customer relationships, and streamline operations. Oracle Communications Enablement team is in charge of building WW partner specialization program to ensure awareness of the Oracle Communications solutions and build strong delivery skills. Objectives are to increase business via and thru partners and to ensure project success.

Your Role

The Enablement Senior Manager will lead the Oracle Communications Enablement team to onboard, provide ongoing support and develop sales consultants, while also taking care of the existing partner and channel enablement program.  A major focus of this role will be to drive the successful creation and delivery of the new 5G and CGBU SaaS enablement programs, at three levels\: sales, presales and implementation.  The candidate will deliver programs to our partners and Sales Consulting teams to develop skills and drive adoption of Oracle Communications products and solutions.  We are looking for an experienced enablement leader to join our growing team, who is looking to have an impact across all of our enablement programs and initiatives. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to mold and grow a support organization while also partnering closely with the product marketing, sales and the SC organization teams.

Key Job Responsibilities

The Enablement Manager will be in charge of implementing the Internal (Sales Consulting) and External (Partner/Channel) Enablement plan. He/she will\:

  • Manage the cross portfolio Enablement organization for the Oracle Communications Global Business Unit (CGBU) to enable Partners to sell and implement
  • Manage the delivery of training/presentations to sales and presales partner and internal audience
  • Interact with product marketing and product management teams to build and deliver specialization material and manage partner transition to the Cloud
  • Define and promote specialization and certification programs for partners\: for on-boarding and ensuring partner and customer success.
  • Build skill competency tests for sales, presales and implementation training
  • Drive Community of implementers by Pillar/solution

Qualification/Skills\:

  • 3-5 years of expertise on Oracle Communications products
  • 3-5 years working for an enterprise software company
  • 2-5 years’ experience in an enablement role mentoring others
  • 3-5 years of developing and delivering training to technical teams
  • Bilingual – English and either French, Spanish or German.  Ideally the candidate has multiple languages.
  • Exceptional presentation and communications skills; ability to assimilate complex concepts and clearly articulate business value
  • The ability to partner well with teams and drive projects forward is essential to the success of this role
  • Competency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus
  • Master’s Degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level
