My name is Sofia Stenson, and I am heading the Analytics and Process Development for Telia Company’s Sourcing department since April 2021.

I, together with Process Managers Susanne, Magnus and Jens, as well as Analysts Anu and Turkka, Robotics Developer Stefan and System Owners Anders and Johnny are looking for a new co-worker who can step into our former colleague Jari’s shoes, since he left his position in November.

The team has made an amazing journey the past couple of years, professionalizing strategic Sourcing and implementing a new common sourcing system among other things – but we are not done! Our four priorities for the upcoming years are to further enhance the purchasing system experience for our users, to reduce process variation, offer fact-based decision tools and now also to ensure that we radically simplify the non-strategic sourcing. All of this to ensure that Sourcing delivers the services and products needed for Telia’s new mission: Reinvent Better Connected Living.

The Source Process Manager role includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating and maintaining a process roadmap, in order to ensure that quality, efficiency and compliance for your process responsibility are in line with expectations
• Acting as project manager in your own process’ development projects – or in others’, depending on priorities and workload
• Facilitating workshops and collaborating in projects to map processes, find root causes, design, implement and follow up solutions
• Continuously analyzing data, collecting user experience, talking to line managers, to find new areas of improvement
• Contributing to developing the Analytics and Process team’s own processes and tools

Your Experience:

• You have a University Degree in relevant areas related to the position
• You have worked at least five years with Process Development or Process Management, including process mapping, problem solving and project management
• You have experience from working with Sourcing and/or Supply Chain
• You have Six Sigma knowledge, and have worked with ISO standards
• You speak and write English fluently, and it is good if you speak one or more of the Nordic languages
