Wanted: Workday Lead for Elisa

We just celebrated our first Workday anniversary in Production and want to invest further in our Digital HR services team.

We are now looking for an experienced Workday Lead to manageWorkday development, maintenance and support hands-on and with a strong service design attitude.

You have a central role to enable an excellent employee experience and winning workplace culture by constantly developing the core capabilities of our Workday. Building on your excellent hands-on experience and developing your skills further you might be the perfect fit to lead our Workday Demand management. Together we could celebrate the success of our next-generation Digital HR services for years to come!

What do we expect from you?

• Several years of hands-on experience in Workday implementations and development
• A strong service design attitude and enthusiasm for developing Digital People processes
• Highly skilled, solution-oriented person with a can do -attitude and attention to detail
• Ability to simplify complexity and drive focused execution
• Great collaboration and communication skills that enable cross cultural co-operation
• We work in Finnish and English, additional language abilities are welcome
