We are now looking for a Senior Specialist, Marketing for a permanent position located in Helsinki or Tampere, Finland.

What you will do
Contribute to annual regional marketing planning and execution of regional marketing strategies, campaigns and activities together with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Manage independently regional marketing projects and ensure the relevance of regional marketing content
Create and manage engaging marketing content and collateral for both internal and external marketing needs and channels. Manage end-use specific projects, exhibitions and customer events
Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns using direct marketing and marketing automation (e.g. Pardot)
Collaborate closely with business, sales and customer organizations
Support go-to-market plans and deliver sales tools for various vertical segments in EMEIA
Propose and agree targets and report results for planned marketing activities
Report and manage regional marketing budget spend
Who you are
You have 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management or digital marketing and proven track record of successful brand and marketing communications
You have minimum 5 years of professional experience
You have minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
You are fluent in English; other languages are an asset
You have experience in the creation of engaging marketing content for multi-channel marketing communications. Your focus will be on digital customer journeys, lead generation & nurturing, inbound marketing and social media content development strategies
You’re comfortable using Adobe tools for content creation. Experience is CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) is an asset
You have self-driven, proactive and result-orientated way of working and also a creative and innovative mindset
You have strong project management skills
Capability to travel internationally is required and experience in working within international companies is an asset
