In Elisa’s Consumer Customer unit, we are now looking for a Senior Development Manager, Customer Strategy for a permanent, full-time role.

As Senior Development Manager you will direct and steer data, IT and other projects to build Elisa’s capabilities to develop customer value, loyalty and relationship management. In this position, you will report to the Chief Customer Officer. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves data, understands customers, and would like to develop our customer centricity in the long term.

Your main responsibilities:

  • You design, direct and coordinate strategy and business development initiatives
  • Together with the Data & Analytics team you develop and refine customer segmentation, reporting, metrics and dashboards
  • You develop and maintain the vision and roadmap for customer identity, data and relationship management
  • You create and maintain the roadmap and backlog for technology and data enablers, and prioritize and agree on the delivery with tech and data teams
  • You facilitate the organization's transformation towards deeper customer orientation
  • You collaborate with business and channels' teams as well as other stakeholders to understand their key strategic focus areas and to take them into account in developing the roadmap and to co-create common conclusions, outcomes and priorities
  • You also work as a messenger and communication point to bridge the discussions between technology, business, and other channels

To both succeed and enjoy working in this role, we hope that:

  • You bring at least 5 years of work experience in business development, product management, management consulting or other analytical/commercial development positions with proven experience
  • Are skilled in agile methods and tools
  • Have solid business understanding and the ability to build and communicate vision
  • Have insight into methods and use cases for the utilization of data to drive business results
  • Have an analytical and inquisitive mind-set together with the ability to package and present customer insight
  • Have great interpersonal and collaboration skills, and previous experience in effectively achieving results in a cross functional or matrix environment
  • Are customer-orientated with the skills and mindset to build customer-centric solutions and capabilities
  • Have great communication skills. The working language in the team is English, but mid-level proficiency in Finnish will be advantageous.

Additionally, we value:

  • You are an innovative change agent and effective in finding workable solutions and organizational alignment
  • Overall understanding of and interest in matters of digital identity including some of the following: Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, person data mastering/core data, Digital Omni-Channel orchestration capabilities
  • Educational background in tech or business
