We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Product Marketing Manager with a proven track record in products and services marketing to business customers. You will take ownership of product marketing for part of the WithSecure™ portfolio and how its components deliver more value together. You are driven by the results and impact – getting things done is what you are known for.

WithSecure™ has a set of groundbreaking cybersecurity products and services to protect companies’ everyday digital life. The solutions keep evolving all the time with new value-adding features, products and services. We want to make sure that our customers and prospects understand what types of new solutions are launched and what outcomes our portfolio provides.

In this role, your work will cover positioning, value proposition creation, launching the new solutions into markets as well as supporting marketing and sales activities. You’ll be also developing our ways of working towards a top-class Product Marketing function that is bridging the Product Management, Marketing and Sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the launches of new products and services together with marketing, product management and other relevant colleagues.
  • Utilization of market and competitive insights and influencing product marketing strategy.
  • Creating value propositions as well as product and service messaging.
  • Sales collateral and marketing content creation.
  • Together with product managers and sales, ensure that products and services are competitive in the eyes of reseller partners and customers as well as end-users.
  • Ensure that marketing and sales teams have the right tools and competencies regarding the product to drive demand and sales.
  • Drive creation of an up-to-date sales kit including product web pages, brochures, sales presentations, and support marketing teams in creation of other product related content.

What are we looking for?

  • World-class skills and experience in product marketing or equivalent, for example marketing and product management.
  • Previous experience in SaaS or B2B solutions marketing. You are able to crystallize complex solutions to meaningful and engaging messages that resonate with the target audience. You understand how to work in B2B sales and marketing.
  • Ability to translate strategy to meaningful steps and activities.
  • High energy level, innovative self-starter spirit, and enthusiasm for working with various stakeholders from global to country teams.
  • Competence in always thinking customer first: interpreting technology to business outcomes and value for customers.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Fluent communication skills in English (verbal, written, presentation).
  • Strong storytelling skills.
  • Master’s degree in marketing or equivalent. Marketing studies are an important asset in this job. Complementary studies in fields such as Strategy, Information and Service Management or Information Technology are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in global (Product) Marketing operations.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT industry or other B2B company with digital product.
