We are looking for a Talent Partner to help Nortal customer projects to succeed by finding the best talent to join us. Our team focuses on recruiting technology and other in-demand, niche skilled professionals. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide spectrum of roles and with the help of our skilled managers you will get to dive deep into Nortal projects and deliver results — with no micromanagement in the process. You will have the opportunity to work on a small team that embraces teamwork while delivering the best results back to the business. 
 
People and Culture team members are currently all located in Helsinki. You can however work from any of our sites: Helsinki, Oulu, Turku, Uusikaupunki or Jyväskylä. We are also flexible with remote work within Finland. 

Responsibilities:

  • Owning the recruitment process from start to end 
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and validating candidates 
  • Collaborating with different stakeholders within Nortal 
  • Proving an excellent candidate experience 
  • Supporting and guiding the hiring teams 
  • Working together with the other Talent Acquisition team members to improve processes 
  • What helps you to succeed:

  • Natural interest in people  
  • Good stakeholder management skills 
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment or sourcing, preferably with IT roles 
  • Familiarity with tech lingo 
  • Excellent communication skills in English
