We are looking for an experienced Lead designer to join the F-Secure internal B2B marketing agency. As our Lead designer, you will set a distinctive and consistent design vision for our new B2B brand and lead our brand design activities from concepts to hands-on designs, and global brand campaigns to keynote presentations. In this role, you'll continuously develop and improve creative assets in line with our brand guidelines and guide internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent, on-brand visual aesthetic across all touchpoints. You'll play a key role in translating complex messaging and stories into compelling and easy-to-understand visuals.

You'll get to do diverse design work with a global reach and influence our brand image. You're passionate about setting the bar high and maintaining excellence in all aspects of your work, from communication to production. You have a strong can-do attitude and the capacity to adapt to change.

Key responsibilities in this role:

• Lead the visual brand design activities
• Produce the main brand assets and support the designer community at F-Secure
• Conceptualize, design and develop inspirational internal and external keynote presentations
• Event designs from concept to execution
• Create digital assets from social media images and banners to thought-provoking infographics
• Translate complex information to tell a specific story through data visualization and infographics

What are we looking for?

• At least 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer
• Genuinely creative new, fresh ideas
• Ability to flexibly multitask and prioritizes time efficiently – from beginning to end throughout the creative production process
• A hands-on team member who enjoys collaborating with internal stakeholders and agency partners
• Skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), and other relevant industry-standard software
• Excellent command of English
