My name is Marko Keskinen and I am heading a Nordic team of 13 Salesforce experts, responsible for multiple Salesforce instances at Telia. To keep up with the ever-increasing speed of development, we are looking for a salesforce Technical Architect, based in the Nordics, to help us fulfill business requirements with our salesforce instances.

In this role, your contribution to the team will be an essential part of our Salesforce journey and thus, you will have a great opportunity to grow as an individual. Also, you will initiate and drive activities that will ensure high-quality end-user services – and you will be a key player in accelerating how we grow and retain stakeholder relationships.

Your next challenge?

As a Salesforce technical architect, you will work in a diverse international team of solution managers, product owners, business analysts, salesforce architects, UX designers, etc. all handling the multiple aspects of providing a modern and efficient salesforce platform for our internal and external users. The role is an independent and demanding position between Telia enterprise architect functions and the local salesforce development teams. An ideal candidate understands both domains and communicates fluently in both directions in their own language.

In this position, you are expected to provide solutions to meet business requirements that blend both Salesforce capabilities as well as 3rd party software recommendations and integrations.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Help building salesforce product, service vision and requirements based on Telia’s target architecture objectives
• Help creating salesforce roadmap as part of Telia’s Salesforce governance team
• Design solutions applying architecture frameworks, best practices and principles (quality, performance, flexibility, modularity, maintainability etc.)
• Oversee and contribute to the technical & data integration solution from design to code level
• Work with Product Owner to understand requirements and prioritize development/enhancement requests
• Help prioritize development and enhancement requests for salesforce work
• Collaborate with other work stream technical leads to develop integrated solutions and resolve dependencies

Who are you?

You have the following skills within salesforce:

• Deep knowledge of salesforce functionalities and data model
• Experience with various salesforce customization and development methods
• Experience with object modeling in Salesforce and understanding of fundamental database concepts (including SQL)
• Understanding of the latest technologies in software testing, automation and possibly robotics
• Experience with custom application development using Apex/Visual Force/Lightning Components/Framework
• Experience with integrating with the Salesforce platform (inbound/outbound)

You have the following experience:

• 5+ years of overall Salesforce and/or similar IT system experience
• Salesforce Administrator and/or similar certifications
• Familiarity with SAFe or other Agile methodologies, preferably a SAFe Agilist certification
