If you want to be in the center of the cutting edge technical development that WithSecure does, then this role is for you! We, in Architecture & Platforms unit, are looking for a Senior Program Manager . Our unit builds technologies for protecting our customers against the most advanced cyber-attacks out there, and we are leading the transformation phase of WithSecure dividing into two independent cyber security diamonds.

Your role is to make sure everyone in this orchestra is playing the same tune to the same beat and we are executing on the technical separation of the companies, while also delivering value to our customers as fast as possible. As we build solutions for multiple businesses, a critical part of your work is to keep all stakeholders aware of the expected schedule, risks, and progress. Should the progress be at risk due to some resourcing, technical, or other reasons, your responsibility is to identify those and resolve the obstacles.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining a project plan and risk status

• Making sure team plans are in alignment with the unit-level plan

• Driving the execution of the project plan

• Identifying and solving obstacles that hinder the project execution

• Keeping stakeholders updated on project progress, schedule and risks

What are we looking for?

• Previous 5+ years’ experience in running software development projects

• Team player with strong leadership skills

• Systematic and structured approach to project management

• Ability to understand dependencies between different tasks and optimize the critical path of the project

• Understanding of software engineering best practices

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Proactive approach to communicating with stakeholders

• Good networking skills
