With Yousician, a new person starts playing a musical instrument with one of our products every couple of seconds. At that scale, we’re making learning an instrument and having fun with playing music more accessible than ever, and for that we need great  content that follows that scale. 

As a Content Delivery Manager, you’ll have a unique opportunity to join our ambitious growth company and re-imagine the way music education works. Join us and you will have a direct impact on the success of the product, because a large, high-quality library of songs is why users find the product valuable. 

What you'll do

• Content selection and prioritization. 
• You will facilitate the process of prioritizing the content production for the product based on strategy, user feedback, and data.
• You will study the market for potential new content, and continuously collect more data to improve our understanding of great content for users
• Content quality 
• Continuous assessment and iteration to improve the user experience
• Working together with the product team to create and maintain the guidelines based on the needs of the target users.
• Content delivery process
• Recruiting, onboarding, and managing the freelancer team responsible for content production
• Providing an end to end transparency on the process
• Continuous improvement of the process, reduction of time and cost for the delivery
• Providing input to licensing team for the highest priority actions
• Providing input to improve the technical content delivery tools 

Who you are

• You are passionate about music, and enabling millions of people to play the best songs in the world by themselves
• You have great communication skills for seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders like our product, licensing and data/tech teams
• You have proven product/operational and process management skills 
• You love the latest tools and technology
• You have adequate musical skills to be able to guide the quality of the work of the content writers, such as good understanding of the music notation, and how to produce great song arrangements for users of different skill levels.
• You have knowledge to help design and build the content creation tools
