The work is truly diverse and challenging – and being able to impact on our global Customer Success processes has also been motivating.” – Senior Customer Success Manager, Finland</em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Owning and maintaining customer relationships on strategical and executive level</li> <li>Ensuring and communicating our solution’s business value</li> <li>Identify commercial development opportunities by understanding customer strategy</li> <li>Lead upsell/cross-sell deals from start to finish</li> <li>Monitoring customer's key performance metrics and taking necessary actions to improve them&nbsp;</li> <li>Coaching and mentoring colleagues to upskill and develop</li> <li>Contribute and participate in global Customer Success Community</li> <li>You will be measured on customer satisfaction NPS (Net Promoter Score), referencability, growth and the value RELEX brings to our existing customers by measuring KPIs &amp; ROI</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll bring to the table:</strong></p> <p>In this role you preferably have experience and knowledge from SaaS solutions and from effectively working with these tools as drivers of business value.
