Are you our new Change Lead with strong project management and business development skills?

You will be working as a repository (i.e., the best buddy) in our customer organizations.

Your role is to drive digital business development with our customers and with teams that usually consists of customer’s personnel, vendors and other resources. You stay curious for fresh ideas and are interested in experimenting with new technology and concepts. You are a natural team player with great facilitation and communication skills. You have proven track record in project management and business change management with concrete business benefits to show for it. You always do what you promise. You will have an opportunity to showcase a deliverable where you were a driving force for a group of people operating in a new way.

You can make the magic happen with your capability to drive people centric business transformations. You see different possibilities in developing business capabilities, and you can utilize different concepts, services and technologies to fulfill business needs. You see the possibilities in surrounding ecosystem.   You fluently communicate with C-level and feel comfortable in management meeting rooms.

You are persistent and able to coach and support stakeholders in top management as well as operational roles. Your master dialogue and you can quickly produce professional presentation materials and reports.

We expect good interaction skills, and look forward to be WOWed by your application. Finnish and English proficiency is a must. You can be experienced senior or in the beginning of your rain maker career.
