Energy Business Sales Development has global responsibility for development of end to end sales process, sales applications and is responsible for sales application portfolio in Energy Business and so have an important role in enabling sales transformation and boosting sales efficiency across the organisation.

As a part of this we are looking for (Senior) Development Manager, Sales process and CRM.

With this new position we aim to strengthen the team and looking for a development manager with main responsibility of development of the Energy Business Services sales processes and CRM capabilities.

In this position, you are reporting to General Manager Sales Development. Location of this position is preferably Finland.
 
Your main responsibilities are:

  • Lead development initiatives related to sales process and CRM platform
  • Managing the implementation of agreed development assignments/projects
  • Develop action plans for own expertise area
  • Evaluate feasibility and prepare business requirement specifications
  • Scoping, planning, prioritisation and execution of development initiatives and ensure successful
  • implementation of the same
  • Manage and coordinate development actions with internal and external stakeholders incl.
  • communication
  • Work with wide stakeholder network within Energy Business, and liaison with Marine Business, Information Management and other functions as needed
  • Act as a project resource for selected development projects/programs
  • Support Energy Business areas and other stakeholders in their sales process and tool issues
  • Collect and analyse end user experience and feedback
  • Creating and maintaining guidelines / instructions
  • Facilitate a Key user community


Main requirements in this role are:

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in technology or economics
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing process and application development projects / initiatives
  • Proven knowledge and expertise in sales processes, Salesforce CRM application knowledge seen as an advantage
  • Experience in agile development methods, like Scrum
  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • A proactive, development-minded and goal-focused attitude
  • Virtual team leadership experience and skills
  • Change management skills
  • Analytical thinking and reporting skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English
