Job Description

We are looking now for an experienced Service Manager to Service Management & Compliance team within IT Finland. We drive consolidation, development and service management cross the IT domains. We are looking for motivated drivers and influencers to succeed in our journey.

Your next challenge?

As an IT Service Manager you will have the responsibility for the end-to-end value stream IT services of Enterprise Business. You will have a key role in making our deliveries transparent, predictable and efficient, thus assisting stakeholders in IT and business in decision-making process to secure quality and customer satisfaction. The Services consist of end-to-end cooperation of various IT capabilities delivering each one part of the end-to-end value stream solution, and shared service capabilities delivering to all IT capability teams.

Responsibilities

  • Single point of contact towards several business stakeholders when it comes to IT Services quality and performance.
  • Responsible for the IT service end-to-end value, i.e. that the service is delivered as promised in terms of capabilities, performance, quality and cost as agreed in OLAs.
  • Driving problem solving with a proactive/preventative approach.
  • Driving data based approach in Service management 
  • Monitors, evaluates, and reports service performance on a daily/weekly basis and take correctional actions when needed.
  • Identify and drive continues improvements for end-to-end value stream services
  • Facilitates end-to-end service meetings with stakeholders as well as operational collaboration meetings with e.g. Business stakeholders, Product Owner, Resource Owners, Resource Managers, Key users, Vendors, Specialists.
  • Contribution to build-up of an empowered, self-sufficient IT Value Stream for Enterprise


Knowledge and experience

  • You have a technical background, university degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience as a Service Manager or equivalent at least for 3 years in a multi-vendor ecosystem.
  • ITIL v4 framework, IT Service metrics and their development.
  • Familiar in Agile /SAFe development, tools and general DevOps way of work.
  • Excellent technical understanding of e.g. integrations, service assurance workflows, automation.
  • Experience in ITIL processes like Incident-, Problem-, Change process.
  • Experience in leading virtual teams
