We are looking for a Player Experience Manager to reinforce our multicultural team. Ideally, this person loves Supercell games and games in general, has a strong background in customer support and wants to push the boundaries of player experience for mobile games and beyond. Supported by a multidisciplinary team, you’ll have the chance to design and promote new standards for our players' experience within our games.

Responsibilities

  • Help shape the game's development and influence design decisions based on player feedback through support channels
  • Help determine improvements for our player support tools
  • Equip our outsourcing partners with information to ensure they can support our players as well as possible and be their POC for escalations, content questions and ad-hoc decisions
  • Use data to support the development of processes and policies for Supercell games
  • Apply your knowledge and expertise to contribute to current projects and new ones
  • Collaborate closely with other internal teams

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written English skills
  • Previous experience (3+ years) in a customer service / support management role
  • Team player with strong problem solving and conflict management skills
  • Project management experience (highly regarded)
  • Empathic and culturally aware, experienced in working in multicultural environments
  • Passion for video games, Supercell ones in particular
  • Ability to travel frequently (to other Supercell offices and partners)
  • Experience using data to support your ideas
