The Cyber Security Service unit is responsible for identifying customer needs, creation of solutions and services to address them as well as delivering, operating, and managing the created solutions. We enable our country customer units to address customer needs and to succeed in the different market segment we’re competing in. We want you to drive business growth in the markets.

Your next challenge?

As a Common Product Manager for our Network Security solutions - built using a myriad of firewall and other networking related Cyber Security technologies - you will work relentlessly to achieve our business objectives. You will be fundamental in translating market and customer needs into a repeatable, scalable products and services that will help us in winning in the market. Your responsibilities extend to ensuring timely and efficient realization of the products with team members, local realization product managers, technical experts, process experts and country business management.

You will lead a companywide virtual team and be responsible for deliveries in time, cost, and quality. Therefore, managing a virtual team with a strong vision and good leadership skills to get your ideas prioritized it the key to success. Being able to simplify the complex products and services towards our commercial units will be crucial for your success in this role. You are not only a leader of your virtual team, but you are also ready and willing to get your hands dirty with the nitty-gritty details – eager and willing to learn, listen and ultimately make the needed calls to reach business goals within your area. In short, you are the CEO of your products.

Who are you?

You are here to create value for our customers by getting things done. You are an efficient collaborator and a leader that thrives in change, creating new. You have experience in the domain that people naturally turn to. While the job is quite far from technical, you need to be able to discuss with our security gurus in a language they understand so acronyms like IPS, NGFW, TLS, SDWAN, DDoS and CPE are familiar to you. You will be teaming up with technical product managers who you can rely on for the more technical aspects of getting the job done.

Your Experience:

• Product Management expertise within B2B or SaaS
• Product lifecycle management skills
• At home in driving change, developing high-performing teams, and effectively communicating, influencing, and engaging at all levels of a multinational matrix organization
• Understanding of the Cyber Security market drivers, trends and technology
• Experience in creating a vision and wanted position, setting and communicating your roadmap and securing a transparent follow up on execution
• Experience in frame works such as SAFe and Lean
• It is definitely a plus if you have experience in building service business with high growth expectations
