Senior Solution Sales Executive – SAP SuccessFactors
Purpose and objectives
We are now looking for a world-class consultative software sales professional to join our SAP SuccessFactors team. You will be responsible for large enterprise accounts in the Finnish market and drive strategic enterprise-wide sales initiatives into an existing install base, as well as establish new customers. With a successful track record as quota selling to the business and with solid business acumen, you will have the opportunity to really make a difference and lead the business for both SuccessFactors and our HR community on the market.
Role & Responsibilities:
- You are a passionate, enthusiastic and successful business salesperson who wants to be part of one of the leading companies in the software industry
- You will be a key player in the Finnish SAP SuccessFactors sales team driving qualified opportunities into enterprise deals and growing the license revenue on existing clients.
- You will drive complex sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing and sales support.
- You will use your experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors
- Manage the end to end sales process and consistently exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Work with the Sales Manager and team to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline & close deals
- Collaborate closely with implementation partners and the wider ecosystem enabling joint market success
- A consultative and empathic approach to developing relationships with potential clients
- Have an ability (and desire) to understand customers’ problems and sell solutions that solve those problems
- Contribute to enhancing best practices and techniques in relation to industry trends
- Be ruthlessly efficient at drilling into deal blockers and disqualifying leads that are a bad fit
- Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline
Desired background:
- Significant experience selling SaaS solutions to C-levels within large enterprise accounts
- You ideally have experience selling to Senior HR executives
