Cloud Protection for Salesforce (CPSF) is leading content security product on Salesforce AppExchange. We have some of the Fortune 500 customers in our customer list and we are growing rapidly.

Cloud Protection for Salesforce (CPSF) has one of the most unique DevOps culture for a Salesforce product. We are not typical QA engineers looking for bugs before release, but we are actively looking to shift left all the QA work. We are guided by agile manifesto but we don't use it as an excuse for poor quality.

We are looking for (Senior) QA engineer as a maternity replacement (fixed term contract till end of Dec 2025) with can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for end-to-end release of CPSF features.
• Be responsible for the automation of our Salesforce Application, AWS Backend, Automatic Update Infrastructure.
• Be responsible for introducing improvements to continuous delivery environment (test framework, CI pipelines).
• Contribute to the vision for the QA test automation in CPSF.
• Work closely with development and product management to translate project requirements and customer issues into tangible test strategies.
• Help drive forward a “shift left” or "bottom of test pyramid" mentality with engineers for their design, development, and maintenance of tests.

What are we looking for?

• You are a Team player.
• At least 2-3 years of experience.
• Solid understanding of quality assurance.
• You are able to commute to office in Helsinki for 2-3 days in a week.
• A person who collaborates with developers, UX Designer, and other stakeholders to ensure a proactive approach to testing.
• Perform testing, maintain Jenkins, create automation etc…
• Develop test plans for features, provide test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough test coverage.
• Execute functional, regression, exploratory tests to verify functionality.
• Document test cases, test results, and findings.
• Meticulous attention to detail in identifying deficiencies in implementation.

Bonus points

• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Experience or Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud.
• Any knowledge of Salesforce platform.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) for test automation.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on web development.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
