We are now looking for a talented andDevSecOps-minded Software Architect.

Your mission is to build future-proof software architecture for optimization, planning, and operation of telecom networks that is aligned with our product vision. The main responsibilities for this role are to plan and evolve the architecture of network automatization in close collaboration with the rest of the technical team and product management. You will also show the rest of the team the right path with your own example in writing clean code.

You will be working in a cross-functional agile team having network specialists, software developers and product owners. We are located in Helsinki, Tampere, Jyväskylä and elsewhere, so it’s up to you to decide your preferred location but we do value some face-to-face time with the team as well.

You’re familiar with most of these:

• Concepting, planning and implementing cloud-native microservice architectures
• DevSecOps thinking and distributed modern software development conventions like GitOps, containers, CI/CD pipelines…
• Software development with preferably some experience in Kotlin and/or Java
• Working with Kafka or similar event streaming solutions
• Relational databases
• Service integrations
• Working in close collaboration with customers

You don’t really have to know even the basics of telco networks and it’s more important if you have keen interest in automation and cloud-native software development.
