We are now searching for a CRM Specialist to work with us in B2B Marketing team at our Helsinki office (hybrid). You are a self-starter marketing expert who is exceptional at customer communication and creating content. You also have a solid understanding of customer life cycle and experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation system.

Your next challenge

As a CRM Specialist, you’ll support Telia Finland enterprise business segment toward sales growth and best in class customer experience.

You will be responsible for:

• Creating customer communication (email, sms) in Salesforce Marketing Cloud according to KPIs’, targets, and plans (planning, execution, analysis)
• Planning and building marketing automation logic and journeys with the team and other stakeholders
• Continuously improving customer communication to engage, retain and reactivate customers
• Expanding customer reach with digital marketing technologies

Could you be the perfect match?

You have some experience within marketing communications. Digital marketing skills and experience from a digital-driven business are highly desirable. Previous experience from marketing automation and B2B business are a plus, but not a pre-requisite.

In addition you have:

• Strong oral and written communications skills in Finnish (preferred, not mandatory)
• Understanding and experience of marketing automation
• Analytical eye for evaluating performance and making suggestions based on data
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects at a time, under time constraints
• Ability to work in a matrix organization
• Data driven approach and results-orient mindset
• Desire to learn and grow as a marketing professional
