RELEX recently announced the successful closure of a €500M funding round, bringing the company’s valuation to €5B.</p> <p>To support the rapid growth of our global sales organization, we are now looking for an experienced <strong>Sales Operations Manager</strong> to own and develop our top-of-funnel sales processes and performance. Together with a small but capable team of sales operations professionals, you will ensure that our global sales organization starts with the best possible resources to help them achieve ambitious growth targets.</p> <p>This role will work closely with Sales, Business Development and Marketing to develop and own revenue-generating processes and tools. The ideal candidate will have a core interest in sales, a strong analytical mindset, experience working with stakeholders from Sales, and a passion for scaling operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop a deep understanding of the key activities of our Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams need to help reach growth targets</li> <li>Optimize our top-of-funnel sales processes, and build automation and workflows in our GTM tools to enable our teams to scale</li> <li>Work with our Demand Generation and Business Development teams to develop strategies for lead generation and pipeline building, and increase lead conversion velocity</li> <li>Administer and champion the use of Salesforce, 6sense, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and other GTM tools and software, and be the go-to technical resource for our prospecting tech stack</li> <li>Develop and drive the adoption of best practices for pipeline building in our global sales team</li> <li>Work with our sales analytics experts to leverage data analysis and build reports on sales and marketing effectiveness</li> <li>Stay on top of B2B Sales Development market trends and assess new sales technologies in order to drive growth and productivity</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll bring to the table:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or similar GTM-related role</li> <li>Previous experience in B2B tech companies</li> <li>Understanding of the marketing &amp; sales funnel and metrics</li> <li>Ability to administer Salesforce and other sales tools such as SalesLoft, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo</li> <li>Previous experience and proven results in improving top of funnel processes, including lead management and prospecting</li> <li>Ability to balance big picture thinking with willingness to get hands dirty in the weeds of process and task execution</li> <li>Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks, while simultaneously delivering results</li> <li>Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to dig into data to identify opportunities for optimization</li> <li>Self-starter mentality, capable of operating and executing independently</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills (the working language is English)</li> <li>High proficiency in Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What we consider as an advantage:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Enterprise SaaS background</li> <li>Experience with PowerBI or other reporting tools</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What we offer you in return:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Opportunities within the international sales organization of a market-leading software company</li> <li>Responsibilities with company-wide implications from day one</li> <li>A respectful and professional, yet easy-going atmosphere where individual thinking is encouraged</li> <li>An international career with learning and progression opportunities</li> <li>A position where you can help retailers fight against food waste</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Are you the one we’re looking for?
