We'd like to welcome onboard a Financial Systems Super User. You are responsible for supporting finance systems users in their day-to-day activities and together with the Financial Systems Business Analyst and Group Finance Manager implementing and improving finance systems.

Daily work looks like

Working with accounting and other financial systems as a superuser

Support and advise financial systems users and handle reported issues

Prepare and update user manuals, instructions, and process documentation

Train staff on the use of financial systems and act as the liaison to IT and applications development staff and service providers

Actively participate in financial systems implementation and upgrade projects through deployment, hyper-care, and post-project assessments

Test changes and updates in financial systems

Cooperate with 3rd-party providers, internal business, and support units on financial systems related questions and issues

Communicate financial systems updates and new releases

Manage financial systems users rights

Collecting ideas from users for additional development projects

Perform other tasks delegated by Group Finance Manager

You need to have

Approx 3+ years of experience working in Finance or Accounting, experience in financial systems supporting, consulting or implementing projects is an advantage

Higher education degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business

Fluency in English both verbal and written, skills in German, Finish or Estonian language is an asset

Good practical knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)

Experience with ERP systems, preferably MS Dynamics 365 F&O, NAV, AX or Business Central

Experience with other financial systems such as Dynamics 365 Sales, Project Operations, SilverBucket, Finbite or others is an advantage

High level of responsibility and detail-orientation and ability to work independently as well as in a team

Very good communication and multi-tasking skills

Routine and fluctuating workload tolerant
