We are looking now for an IT Operations Engineer to join our extremely interesting IT transition journey.

We are looking for experienced IT Operations Engineer who can run, implement and manage operative IT tasks and operations. Technical background is necessary and capability to document and investigate independently IT solutions and related infrastructure is required. Our goal is to standardize and consolidate our IT systems so we are able to take journey towards our future vision. You will be working closely with IT service management and security and participate partly to problem and incident management process.

For this work to be effective it requires fluent collaboration with technical teams and other internal stakeholders. You will be working for example in Tripla (Helsinki) but optionally other Telia Inmics-Nebula office locations negotiable. Working remotely can also be discussed.

Is this you?

In this role, you will be working daily basis with our IT Manager and with technical staff. You facilitate meetings and workshops and ensure that tasks are completed on time. You need to have good communications skills so you are able to discuss IT related topics also with the business partners without going behind technical terms. For example, you have over 5-year working experience from corporate companies and their IT solutions and you have been working with external partners for some years.  You will be ensuring that our documentation is up to date and take actions if defects are found. Project management experience and qualified person should at least have participated in project working for several years. Time to time we need to make investigations and take innovative actions or make longer period plans and implement changes to IT and organization.
