We’re looking for a technically oriented key person to advance experimenting for new service innovations as a Lead, Business Experimentation to Discovery and Validation team.

Our objective is to increase Elisa’s ability to recognize and prove the market potential of new services / businesses, as early as possible.

We collaborate with all of Elisa’s businesses both in consumer and corporate customer business units. We work for the future both in new service development and renewing existing services. We coach, facilitate, even put our hands on practical activities to provide the support needed.

We are dedicated in constantly increasing Elisa’s competences in corporate innovation.

We are part of Software Services unit (SoSe), surrounded by great colleagues representing expertise widely in software development, design, architecture, and business collaboration. SoSe unit is known for great spirit and strong focus on employee experience.

Your main responsibilities:

• to further develop, scale and strengthen quick and consistent service solution prototyping and experimentation methods
• …by participating in real business cases
• and thus, developing further our service and business development practices.

We expect you to have:

• Good hands-on understanding on service/product development including experience in the technical aspects of product development.
• > 5 years of experience in agile/lean methodologies and successful customer-centric business development
• Proven skills for accelerating the learning with quick, agile experiments in service/business development
• Proven skills to create versatile prototypes
• Proven skills and inspiration to act as coach and further develop service development related coaching to support fast experimental learning.
• Experience of innovation practices
• Great communication skills in Finnish and English
