The leading Christmas experience provider of Finnish Lapland is looking for seasonal staff for winter 2023-2024. Join our international team for an unforgettable working experience in Santa Claus' hometown of Rovaniemi, Finland

Every holiday season, families from all over the world travel to Rovaniemi to meet the one and only official Santa Claus of Finland. Even though Santa is often seen as the star of the show, he wouldn't be able to do what he does without the help of his trusted elves, since they are the ones who truly bring the Christmas magic to life through their stories and exceptional customer interaction.

As a Santa’s helper your job would be to help create unforgettable Christmas experiences for our guests in either one or both of our two Christmas experience locations. In one location, you might be welcoming guests to SantaPark, Santa Claus’ Home Cavern. Welcome the guests to this wonderful indoor Christmas themed park and lead them through the different activities where you will be working. In the second location, you can expect to spend your days providing tailor-made Christmas experiences for families in the Santa Claus Secret Forest of Joulukka. Here the elves take visitors on unique adventures to learn the secrets from the command centre or take them to have a peek in our toy factory. We encourage you to bring your own skills, interests, and experiences to the role as you let your inner elf shine!
