My name is Mika Kivelä, and I am leading the Infra Platforms & Networks team at Telia Inmics-Nebula – Part of Telia Company. Together we are looking for Service Lead to join our awesome team! You will be part of the Infrastructure Platforms & Networks team which consists of experts from different technology areas. As a Service Lead, your main responsibilities will be developing multiple different services and products, life cycle management, processes, and quality of the services, both internal and services offered to the customers.

We are working within the datacenters with Networks, Servers, Storage, Backup and Virtualization systems. Our team members work rather independently, but tightly collaborating with others with modern collaboration tools. You will work closely with different organization teams around the products, creating best practices and guidelines for production teams, supportive materials for sales departments together with the business development managers and gather all the needed information from the experts of the products.

We are at the core of producing platforms and technology for customer solutions, and our main stakeholders are business operations and product teams across the company.

Our team is evolving, and we are looking for new colleagues to support our expertise.

Your location in Finland is flexible as your work is not tightly bound to location.

Our ideal candidate:

• You produce excellent documentation of your work and can reflect and develop the way we work in our organization.
• Can develop new ways of working and understand customer demands
• Always looking for improvements for customer, team, business, and technology
• High resilience and the ability to work on several topics at the same time
• Good general knowledge from the datacenter infrastructures and services
• Fluent in Finnish and English
   

Technical background from the IT products, services and security is a plus, but not mandatory.
