We are looking for an Online Content Analyst / Growth Specialistto join Elisa's communications team permanently.

This is a key role in regard to Elisa's online experience strategy, over all communications, and brand presence. Our team focuses on both business (B2C) and Elisa’s corporate communications. You will support us in improving the performance of our online content in various web and social media channels. Although it being an independent role, you are never left on your own. You will also be working closely with a large number of nice people from e.g. Marketing, Communications, Sales, HR and Customer service departments, as well as our larger design community at Elisa.

This is what you will be working with:

• Optimizing performance of the content in Elisa’s web pages (for example the elisa.fi front page) and all social media channels.
• Establishing A/B experimentation culture in our Online communications department.
• When it comes to Elisa’s web pages:
  • Together with different team members, coming up with experimentation ideas for content improvements in web channels based on data analysis;
  • Implementing and tracking experiments, documenting the findings and reinforcing success in web pages.
• When it comes to our social media channels:
  • Following up on the performance of the social media content in different channels against set KPI’s;
  • Coming up with experimentation ideas for improving performance of content in social media.

At Elisa we have worked flexibly from wherever it suits you best for a long time already. However, most stakeholders are in the Helsinki region, and under normal circumstances we believe you will be most successful if you are able to meet people face to face. As a bonus, of course, you will be able to enjoy the company of the rest of Elisa's communications team, who likes to touch base in our office in Pasila quite often to exchange thoughts or bad jokes over a cup of coffee.

What are we looking for?

In order for you to find the ideal balance of success and challenge, we hope that you'd have:

• Experience working with frontend development (especially JavaScript). Experience related to e-commerce or other digital services are a plus;
• Familiarity with A/B testing methods and tools;
• A growth mindset and enthusiasm to drive experimentations based on data analysis;
• Knowledge of measuring results in social media channels (FB, IG, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube and TikTok) and understanding of social media metrics;
• Understanding around content and improving social media content according to data;
• Curiosity, creativity and the urge to try out new ideas
• Fluent language skills in Finnish and good language skills in English.
