What awaits you 

We are looking for an Experience Transformation Manager. 

You will design Experience strategies and translate roadmaps into detailed blueprints and requirements to enable the transformation of the client’s Experience, to deliver on its brand’s promise in every customer interaction. You will helpour clients to navigate the complex space of digital experiences by providing simplification, structure and prioritization frameworks. You will coach our clients on strategic and tactical digital initiatives and facilitate the change journey. 

Client challenges you will be working on: 

  • How to design, build and launch new experiences, at scale

  • How to attract new international audiences and strengthen the brand

  • How to operate experiences in an agile way, focusing on conversions​ 

  • How to measure Experience, and its relationship to target outcomes  

  • How to restructure the clients offering for digital business​
